We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unaltered condition (lace uncut, hair unwashed). Please contact our support team to initiate a return or exchange.
Are Luvme Hair products made from 100% human hair?
Yes, all our wigs and extensions are made from 100% high-quality human hair, allowing you to style, dye, and heat-treat them just like your own hair.

How do I choose the right wig cap size?
Most of our wigs come in a standard medium cap size that fits 95% of customers. We also provide adjustable straps and combs inside the cap for a secure, customized fit.
How should I maintain my human hair wig?
To prolong the life of your wig, we recommend using sulfate-free shampoos, deep conditioning weekly, and storing it on a wig stand when not in use.
